Frank and Honest was set up by coffee lovers who loved coffee but didn’t love the wait. They tracked down 100% arabica beans from sustainably-sourced farms across Brazil and Colombia. Coffee

Our coffee is nothing but 100% arabica beans from Brazil and Columbia, tailored to the taste of the modern consumer. With subtle hints of gingerbread, sherbet, brown sugar and white chocolate, our coffee is anything but basic. Watch Video

Our machine

Our unique Eversys coffee machine completes the Frank and Honest franchisee offer. The machine creates the closest thing to a barista-style coffee to come out of a machine, combining all the steps a barista would go through to create the perfect coffee.
  • Grinding – Powerful ceramic blades grind the beans, whilst electronic controls ensure the grind produces the ultimate coffee
  • Tamping – The electronic tamper presses the coffee to perfection
  • Temperature control – Intelligent coffee boilers provide the right temperature and stability for a quality drink every time
  • Brewing – Clever reverse extraction brewing optimises powder efficiency for a great tasting espresso
  • Milk frothing – A one-step system that creates flavour and texture, just like a barista
  • Dispensing – Pre-programmed drinks dispense consistently and efficiently, giving the customer the highest quality product every time
  • Telemetric – The machines are able to communicate with a central point, providing real time data on everything from performance to consumption.

Training

As part of the franchise agreement, ongoing training is given to all staff – from shop floor to management – across all of our brands and sub-brands.

We will teach you and your team how to make the perfect pizza, cup of coffee, loaf of bread or Green Kitchen meal. You can be certain that our training will always be up-to-date, to keep up with the latest in food innovation.

Supply chain

We offer professional and robust retail and wholesale supply chain support and bespoke logistics solutions.

Working with a network of third party logistic service providers we can provide a global reach with highly competitive rates and first class service. We offer case picking of a broad array of retail, wholesale and food service ranges in consolidated shipments, delivering your business the convenience of ‘just in time’ continuous replenishment. Store layout and design

We offer all of our franchisees support with store planning, category management and range and display solutions to develop your business, increase footfall and maximise sales and profit.
